Fabian Gomez of Argentina conquered the windy conditions at Le Triomphe Country Club to run away with the 2010 Chitimacha Louisiana Open title, his first PGA Tour sanctioned victory.  Good luck the rest of the 2010 Season.

Chitimacha Louisiana Open officials take great pride in being named as one of the top stops on tour year in and year out.  The Open has the mission of bringing professional golf to South Louisiana while being able to better the Acadiana area through charitable giving, and we thank you, the great people of the Acadiana area, for being a part of this event since 1992.

In addition to nationwide exposure, Acadiana has also benefited from the Open's generous philanthropy. Since it's incorporation, the Chitimacha Louisiana Open has awarded more than $3.5 million to local charities.

Since 1992, the Chitimacha Louisiana Open has called Le Triomphe Golf and Country Club its home. Designed by world famous architect, Robert Trent Jones, Jr., the course resides on the 392 acres that makes up Le Triomphe, nestled between the $24.5 million luxury country club facility and the Le Triomphe residential community.

• NATIONWIDE TOUR UPDATE: The Nationwide Tour is in Raleigh, NC, this week for the Rex Hospital Open being played at the TPC Wakefield Plantation. Follow ALL the action through our live scoring icon as players continue to jockey for their positoin within the Top 25.
• PGA TOUR UPDATE: The PGA Tour is in Texas for the second straight week as the play the Byron Nelson in Dallas.
• The Chitimacha Louisiana Open office has moved to the Oil Center.  We are now located inside the Capital One Bank building at 124 Heymann Blvd.
• The Chitimacha Louisiana Open was recognized as the Outstanding Philanthropic Organization for 2007 by the Planned Giving Council of Acadiana.
