Congratulations to Bubba Dickerson who notched his first major tour victory by defeating Brian Vranesh on the first playoff hole of this year's Chitimacha Louisiana Open.
The Chitimacha Louisiana Open thanks the city of Broussard and the entire Acadiana community for supporting our event for 18 years. Without your support, it would not be possible. We hope you enjoyed this years tournament!
Thanks to all Sponsors, Volunteers, Charities and the General Public for making the PGA Tour feel like home once again in South Louisiana.
Chitimacha Louisiana Open officials take great pride
in being named as one of the top three stops on tour
year in and year out, as they have consistently been
among the leaders in volunteers, purse prize and charitable
dollars given.
In addition to nationwide exposure, Acadiana has also
benefited from the Open's generous philanthropy. Since
it's incorporation, the Chitimacha Louisiana Open has
awarded more than $3 million to local charities.
Since 1992, the Chitimacha Louisiana Open has called Le Triomphe Golf and Country Club its home. Designed
by world famous architect, Robert Trent Jones, Jr.,
the course resides on the 392 acres that makes up Le
Triomphe, nestled between the $24.5 million luxury country
club facility and the Le Triomphe residential community. |
